Periodic inspections are key to keeping your building looking and functioning optimally. Our periodic inspections are performed by experienced technicians using advanced technology like thermal imaging.
One call to PFM ensures stress-free, continual maintenance of your building. PFM takes on the responsibility of scheduling and performing the recurring preventative maintenance tasks each month, quarter, and year.
Repairs are part of owning or managing a building. Piedmont Facilities Management has a fleet of mechanics who can promptly respond to your repair needs.
In an emergency, PFM is available day or night. We will help you get the resources you need to take care of the problem and follow-up after the emergency has passed to make sure your property is returned to original condition
